Ohnishi: あぁ、また野球やりたいなぁ。
Roza: 先生、野球やったことあるの？
ない。

Roza: またって・・・Hey everyone. Akino Roza here.
David: And I’m David Evans. Let’s get started.
Ohnishi: それでは、さっそく始めていきましょう。

Roza: OK guys, it’s time to practice. These sentences are really handy if you can use them, so be sure to memorize them as you practice. Pay attention to the word that we are emphasizing … emphasize the “not” or “isn’t”, OK?
David: And don’t worry if it’s not quite perfect. Practice will help.
Roza: That’s right, let’s begin. not so kind … not so kind …
- He’s not so kind.
David: All right, keep it up. isn’t very smart … isn’t very smart …
- My neighbor’s dog isn’t very smart.
Roza: Keep going. isn’t the handsomest guy in the world … isn’t the handsomest guy in the world …
- He isn’t the handsomest guy in the world, but I live him.
David: All right and let’s wrap up with one more. not-so-gentle … not-so-gentle …
- He used a not-so-gentle approach.
David: Unlock your potential.
