ディクテーション

講師陣の英会話を書きとり(スクリプト)

大西先生、デイビッドさん、ろーざさんの英会話部分を書きとってみましょう!(大西先生のギャグもできるだけ書きとります。)

Opening

Onishi: いやぁ、真っ青な海でダイビング。いいねぇ。

Roza: 先生、ダイビングやったことあるの?

Onishi: ない。

ラジオ英会話、ハートでつかめ英語の極意、講師の大西泰斗です。

Roza: Hey everyone. This is Akino Roza.

David: And I’m David Evans. I’ve never been diving either. Actually, I have a deep fear of the deep sea.

Onishi: ぼくも。それでは、さっそく始めていきましょう。

Grasp the Concept
  • Do you have your passport with you?
  • I met a guy with blonde hair.
  • I met a guy with a beard.
  • I met a guy with grey eyes.
  • Are you familiar with the sea near Fiji?
  • Are you going out with Ken?

Roza: Fantastic.

Practical Usage

これはディクテーションじゃなくて、自分の答えです。

Can you see that guy with blond hair? He is is in good situation with Stacy but she is not here. I thought she would come here. Do you have a smart phone? I will call her.

go out with と have ~ with you を使えてない・・・

Pronunciation Polish 12:45

David: All right everyone, excellent job so far. Let’s wrap it up today with some pronunciation polish. All right, let’s check out today’s sentence. “Thank you for taking time to talk with me” …

All right, today’s focus is on this o in for and the o in to. We shorten this sound for these words, so we can smooth the overall sentence. Let’s focus on the pronunciation and practice it together.

Repeat with me, OK? /fr/ … for taking … thank you for taking …

Great work, next up is to. /t/ … to talk … to talk with me … Thank you for taking time to talk with me.

Oh, it sounds much smoother already, let’s go one more time, OK?

  • Thank you for taking time to talk with me.

All right, don’t worry if it’s not perfect. With practice, it will become  more natural. You’ll get it.

Ending

Onishi: さぁみなさん、会話は一文で終わったりはしません。ある程度長い文を一気に、それが会話の実際です。Practical Usage、しっかりと復習して慣れてくださいね。おや?ずいぶん慣れていただいた方も、いらっしゃるようですね。

Roza: You are doing so so great. Stick with it, and you’ll get even better.

David: That’s right. Stick with it and you’ll be better before you know it.

Onishi: というわけで、今日はこの辺で。

All: Bye.
