Pronunciation Polish 13:00
David: Now, I'm not your boss so I can't order you to practice your pronunciation, but maybe I can convince you. Here is today's phrase. "Nana persuaded me to start exercising" ...
Just a couple of small points today, so let's master them together.
First up, persuaded me, the final /d/ sound will get very very small, almost disappear. persuaded me ...
All right, as always the /ə/ sound in to ...
And then, we'll link up start exercising ...
All right, now let't put it all together.
- Nana persuaded me to start exercising.
Let's do it one more time really focus on the intonation, the up and down of my sound.
- Nana persuaded me to start exercising.
All right, when you can begin to sense that rhythm and intonation on your own, then you know, you've mastered it. Great work today.
