Onishi: Hey guys, what do you do when you can't sleep?

Roza: Well, I play a little game where I choose a category, for example fruits, and then I go through the alphabet trying to name a fruit that starts with the each letter, so apple, banana etc. and then I usually end up asleep in the middle.

Onishi: Wow, good.

David: Well, it's much more simple for me. I just, ah, maybe do some push ups, oh, wow ... there is a secret. If you flip around, so your head is where your feet usually are, it's like magic. You can fall asleep.
