Opening
Roza: I think you are probably right, Sensei. Hey everyone. Akino Roza here.
Chris: Hi guys. Chris McVay here. Roza, you know what I think?
Roza: What?
Chris: You are too kind.
Roza: Huh, you are too sweet, Chris.
Chris: But actually, I’m just practicing.
Roza: Hey!
Ohnishi:

Practice 10:20
Chris: OK guys. It’s practice time. Well, today’s verb think doesn’t need much introduction. It’s the most general verb you can choose when you want to express your opinion. And there is a wide variety of depth. It can be very casual and very serious. So, let’s practice.
Roza: And remember, think in English. See? I used it, too.
Chris: Good one. “think hard”, try?
“think carefully”, “think deeply”.
OK, keep going, “think positive”, “think big”.
OK, couple of more, after me, “think about it”, “Let me think.”
Roza: Here is the next example, repeat after me, “I’m sorry, but I don’t think it’ll work.”
Chris: “I think I’ll go shopping.”
Once more, “I think I’ll go shopping.”
Roza: “My homework took longer than I thought.”
One more time, “My homework took longer than I thought.”
Chris: “I think it’s a great idea.”
And one more, “I don’t think it’s a great idea.”
Roza: And our last example, “I thought him to be a reasonable person.” “I thought him a reasonable person.”
Excellent work, guys.
Chris: Yeah, I think so too, Roza.
Ending
Ohnishi: Yeah, I thought his hot sandwich was better than mine.
Roza: Like I said, I think you are right.
Chris: But you know, how childish to even think like that, Sensei?
Ohnishi: I know.
All: Bye!
