Opening
Ohnishi: ラジオ英会話ハートでつかめ英語の極意、講師の大西泰斗です。
さぁ今日もがんばっていきましょう。
Chris: Hi guys. Chris McVay here. Roza, I never make rude comments to you, right?
Roza: Oh sure, only every other day.
Chris: Ah well, what’s done is done.
Roza: Hey everyone. Akino Roza here. We’ll hopefully today, we’ll get by without any rude comments.
Chris. We can try.
Ohnishi: それでは今週もがんばっていきましょう。
get by without ~ で「～なしでやっていく」なので「失礼なことを言わずにやっていける」という感じだと思います。

Ohnishi: So, what did Tom actually say to Masami?
Chris: Uh, I think he said something about the number of boyfriends she has, is that right?
Roza: She said, “How many boyfriends do you need?”
Chris: Ah ….
Ohnishi: That’s rude?
Roza: Very.

Chris: Do you mean apart from meeting you?
Ohnishi: (laughing)
Chris: Ah, from that no, no regrets. How about you?
Ohnishi: Me? The second bowl of rice I had this morning.
Chris: Too much.
Ohnishi: と言うわけで今日はこの辺で。
