Roza: Hey everyone. This is Akino Roza. Well, we have a lot to do. That’s for sure. Let’s get started.
Chris: Hi guys. Chris McVay here. Roza has stolen my line as often she does. But anyway, I’ll say it, I think our explanations are easy to understand. That’s for sure.
Ohnishi: それでは、さっそく始めていきましょう。
途中に I’ll say it としているところは違うかも、です。

Roza: Also, a good point to remember is that “for sure” and “for real” are pretty casual expressions.
