Opening

Roza: Hey everyone. Akino Roza here. You know Chris is too good looking and it really bothers me.

Chris: Hi guys. Chris McVay here. Ha ha ha, Roza is jealous.

Ohnishi: それでは、さっそく始めていきましょう。

Practice 9:48

Chris: It’s practice time. Now, this one is so easy because look, all you have to grasp here is that … turn your head in the particular direction. That’s it, so let’s practice these sentences together.

Roza: And don’t think in Japanese.

Chris: Good point, Roza. After me, “Look, here comes the boss.”

And again, after me the next one, “Look what time it is!”

And the last one, “Just looking.”

OK.

Roza: Next example, “You look great in that jacket.”

Chris: Moving on, “You’d better get the doctor to look at the cut.”

Turn the head in the direction of the cut, right? That’s the idea. “You’d better get the doctor to look at the cut.” Try?

Roza: Last example, “Can you look after my plants?”

Here too, you have the feeling of look at the plants, “Can you look after my plants?”

Excellent work, guys.

Chris: Great job.

Ending

・・・・・

Roza: Hope you guys enjoyed our lesson.

Chris: And we are going to have another great one tomorrow. So, don’t forget to tune in, OK?

Ohnishi: それでは今日はこの辺で。

All: Bye.

Roza: See you tomorrow.
