Opening

Roza: Hey everyone. Akino Roza here.

Ohnishi: 「あ」

Roza:

Chris: Hi guys. Chris McVay here. Hey Roza, watch your head. It’s a very low entrance here.

Roza: Thanks for warning me, Chris.

Chris: No problem.

Roza: The Radio-Eikaiwa textbook is a secret textbook built on the lessons of Radio-Eikaiwa. Check it out.

Practice 9:38

Chris: OK guys, are you ready to practice? Here we go. Now, watch. It’s not like look which is just turning your head in one direction. Now it’s … focus on something, concentrate. So, with that in mind, let’s practice these sentences.

“Watch your mouth.” Try that? And another one, “Watch your head.” OK? “Watch your weight.” You can see, focus on the weight, not just today but all the time, focus, focus. “Watch your weight.” And another one, “Watch it.”

Roza: Next example, “Please watch my bag while I go for a swim.”

One more time, “Please watch my bag while I go for a swim.”

Chris: Now, let’s practice a few short phrases with watch, “watch TV”, repeat? And another one, “watch a gage”. And the great one to end this, “watch Eikaiwa Teiban Recipe”.

Roza: Last example, “Watch and learn, OK?” One more time, “Watch and learn, OK?”

Great job.

Chris: Well done, guys.

Ending

Ohnishi: Hey, Roza, watch your mouth, OK?

Chris: Hey Hiroto, watch how you speak to a lady. Oh, it’s Roza so I guess it’s OK.

Roza: Anyway, I think you should watch your weight.

Ohnishi: That’s right.

All: Bye.
