Opening
Ohnishi: 書斎パラダイスマン。僕は仕事は当然書斎でするわけですけれども、家族にはですね、書斎では常にクラッシックをかけてると言ってるわけですね。油断して部屋を空けたとき、誰かが入ってきたようです。書斎に帰って机の上を見ると娘の字で「スピッツ」て書いてありました。

Roza: Hey everyone. Akino Roza here. Let’s get started.
Chris: Chris McVay here. Let’s enjoy our English practice together.
Ohnishi: それでは、さっそく始めていきましょう。

Chris: Hi guys. Are you ready to practice? Today we are going to continue looking at the word the. We are going to give you lots of examples and all of them have the same これっきゃない image.
OK, here we go, “It’s not the only one in town.” “It will be the first vegan ramen I’ve tried.”
Roza: Continuing on, “the earth”, “the world”, “the sun”, “the moon” That was easy, right?
Chris: OK, few more, “You’ve picked the right place.” “He’s the right person for the job.” “The problem is that ~.” “The thing is that ~.”
Roza: And our last few examples, “Where is the restroom?” “Where is the the city hall?” “She’s gone to the bank.” “She’s gone to the supermarket.”
Chris: Well done guys. Little by little, are you getting used to the? We hope so.
Roza: Just keep on practicing. You are doing great.
一瞬 colloquial みたいな英語かと思った・・・・^^
Ending
Ohnishi: Hey guys, I want to continue talking but the problem is that I’m starving.
Chris: I see but the thing is that you have no choice.
Roza: Sensei, we just had lunch and you are starving again?
Ohnishi: というわけで、今日はこの辺で。
