Opening
Roza: ん?
Ohnishi:
Ohnishi:
Roza: Hey everyone. This is Akino Roza.
David: And I’m David Evans. I did not say that! I would never … OK guys, let’s get moving.
Ohnishi:
Practice 9:27
David: OK guys. It’s time for practice. We have three options, practice, practice or practice. Roza, take your pick.
Roza: Ah, you know what? It’s totally up to you, David.
David: OK, well, I say, let’s practice.
Roza: Good choice.
David: OK, here we go.
- Our working hours are flexible. It’s totally up to you.
The totally here helps to feel relaxed. It creates a lighter feeling in the sentence then, “It’s up to you”.
Roza: I totally agree.
David: Let’s try with one more.
- Stay as long as you like. It’s totally up to you.
Roza: OK, let’s continue.
- Take your pick.
- Take any room you please.
David: Good work so far. Here is another.
- The choice is yours.
- The choice is all yours.
Roza: And let’s go through the last few.
- It’s your call.
- It’s your decision.
- Do what’s best for you.
Excellent work guys.
David: Wow, such a great job.
Roza: And remember, you can always practice as long as you like. It’s totally up to you.
Ending
Ohnishi: Hey David, where do you want to go for our company trip? Choose the destination. I’ll leave it up to you.
David: Wow, well, in that case, there is a tiny island in Micronesia called Truk I’ve always wanted to visit.
Ohnishi: How about you, Roza?
Ohnishi:
All: Bye.
