Chris: Yeah, when I was a kid, I hated carrots. But my parents kept telling me, “You know, carrots are great for your health, especially your eyes. You will be able to see in the dark. Then I started eating them, at all as you said all the time.
Ohnishi: I love carrots, you know, like a horse, right?

Ohnishi: というわけで今日はこの辺で。
All: Bye!
eat ~ raw で「~を生で食べる」です。英辞郎にもありました。

ここは最初 eat them all かと思いました。
great for your health と at all as you said は、(かなり)自信ないです。
