Opening
Onishi: ラジオ英会話、ハートでつかめ英語の極意、講師の大西泰斗です。
今月のテーマは会話原則。会話で一般的に守られている、態度、を学んでいきます。単に英語が話せるだけでは、よいコミュニケーションはとれません。実用的は表現とともに、会話の基本を身につけていきましょう。
Roza: Hey everyone. This is Akino Roza. May you have a lovely lesson today. 5月だからmayって言う。
David: Oh, nice one, Roza. Hi everyone. I'm David Evans. All right, may we get started?
Onishi: それでは、さっそくはじめていきましょう。

All right. We have a couple of things to do to polish this up. First off, let's look at him. The /h/ sound will disappear, and we have the schwa sound, him ... helped him ...
All right. Next up is pick. The /k/ sound at the will disappear, pick ...
Next, we have them + up. Let's join those sounds together. We have a little schwa sound and the /p/ in up will disappear. them up ... pick them up ...

All right. It's a little rhythmical, so it might be fun to practice. All right, let's go at natural speed.
